LaLaLa Festival will take place on January 17th, 2027 at ICE BSD City, Indonesia.

Yes. Olivia Dean will perform a full-length set that will not be shortened or adapted into a festival set.

LaLaLa Festival 2027 will feature a combination of indoor and outdoor areas. The main stage will be located outdoors, while some areas may be located indoors.

Yes. Set times will be announced on the official LaLaLa Festival website and Instagram account (@lalala.fest) a few days before the festival. Please note that the lineup and set times are subject to change.

Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Since the festival begins in the afternoon and temperatures may be high, we recommend light, breathable clothing and comfortable shoes.

LaLaLa Festival is open to all ages. Visitors under the age of 12 are advised to be accompanied by an adult. Kids above 5 years old need to purchase their own ticket.

Ticketing & Entry

Tickets can be purchased through the official website: www.lalalafest.com.

Ticket purchase is limited to a maximum of 6 (six) per transaction within the same category. 1 (one) email address and 1 (one) phone number is limited to 1 (one) transaction.

Yes, all ticket categories are standing tickets, except for the VVIP package, which includes access to a designated seating area with a sofa table. VVIP ticket holders may choose to sit at their assigned sofa table or stand in the VIP pit area.

Each ticket must be registered to a unique ID number (KTP or Passport), with 1 (one) ID number valid for 1 (one) ticket only. Therefore, if you purchase 6 (six) tickets, you must provide 6 (six) different valid ID numbers.

General Admission (GA): A standing ticket with access to the festival area and all performances. Early Entry (Enter before 5 PM): Same access as GA, at a lower price. Ticket holders must enter before 5:00 PM. Visitors arriving after 5:00 PM will be required to pay a fee equal to the difference between the Early Entry ticket price and the regular GA ticket price for that day. VIP: A standing VIP ticket with exclusive perks: VIP Viewing Area, a dedicated entrance lane, and a dedicated merchandise lane. VVIP: Made exclusively for a group of six. Includes one (1) sofa table, six (6) admission tickets with VIP Pit Standing Access, a special gift designed exclusively for VVIPs, an exclusive VVIP laminate & lanyard, lounge access with complimentary food & drinks in the exclusive VVIP area, and dedicated entrance and merchandise lanes.

GA is a standing ticket with access to the festival area and all performances. Your ticket QR code will be scanned at the entrance to access the festival area. Please keep your QR code confidential, as it can only be redeemed once.

If you lose your QR code or it has already been redeemed, you will not be allowed to enter the festival area.

Yes. Visitors must present a valid original photo ID (ID card / Passport / Driver's License / Student Card) when entering the festival.

No, re-entry is not permitted. Once you exit the festival grounds, your ticket will no longer be valid, and you will not be allowed to enter again.

At the Festival

No. Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited. A wide variety of food and beverage vendors will be available inside the festival.

Yes. Since the festival is open to all ages, strollers are allowed. Visitors under the age of 12 are advised to be accompanied by an adult.

DSLR, SLR, and cameras with detachable long lenses are considered professional equipment and are not allowed. However, mirrorless cameras, pocket cameras, disposable analog cameras, and polaroid cameras are permitted.

No. Pets are not allowed inside the festival area.

Most vendors will accept cashless payment methods, including debit cards and QRIS. Payment options may vary depending on the vendor.

No, ATMs will not be available at the venue. Visitors are encouraged to prepare their preferred payment methods in advance.

Yes. Emergency medical teams will be stationed at several designated locations throughout the festival area. Visitors can check the venue map for the nearest medical point.

Yes, there will be a Lost & Found booth which might be clearly marked on the venue map. The lost and found area is near the entrance gate.

This year we are serious and strict about the Prohibited Items regulations to ensure the utmost safety of our visitors. That is why all Prohibited Items found by our security team will be disposed of immediately and will NOT be put aside for visitors to reclaim. Terms and Conditions
Ticketing
  • Ticket prices listed do not include a 10% government tax, 6% platform fee, and any other applicable fees.
  • Tickets once purchased cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled for any reason.
  • The ticket QR code will be used as the entry point for festival access. Visitors must keep their QR code confidential, as it can only be redeemed once. Sharing the QR code may result in unauthorized use.
  • If a visitor loses their QR code for any reason, they will not be allowed to enter the festival area.
  • There will be no re-entry once a visitor exits the festival area.
  • Visitors without a valid ticket will be expelled from the festival area without exception. LaLaLa organizers may involve the police and seek compensation from visitors who illegally enter the festival area.
  • For transferable tickets, visitors must bring: a printed ticket e-voucher; a printed Letter of Attorney (available on lalalafest.com) signed by the original ticket holder; and a photocopy of the original ticket holder's ID (ID card/Passport/Driver's License/Identification Card/Student Card).
  • Early Entry ticket holders must enter the venue before 5:00 PM. Visitors arriving after 5:00 PM will be required to pay a fee equal to the difference between the Early Entry ticket price and the General Admission (GA) ticket price for that event day.
Age Restrictions
  • LaLaLa Festival is open to all ages.
  • Visitors under the age of 12 are advised to be accompanied by an adult.
  • Visitors are required to show their ORIGINAL Identification Card (ID card/Passport/Driver's License/Student Card) with a photo included, not a photocopy or a photo of the ID, when entering the festival.
  • Visitors without a valid ID (with a photo) will not be allowed to enter the festival and will not receive ticket refunds.
General Rules
  • Camping or staying overnight in the festival area is not allowed.
  • Unauthorized distribution of promotional materials such as posters, flyers, or any marketing material inside the festival area without approval from the organizers is prohibited.
  • Bringing outside food and drinks into the festival area is prohibited.
  • Additional prohibited items and regulations may be updated and announced through LaLaLa Festival's official Instagram account @lalala.fest.
  • Event performers may change or not participate in the festival at any time. In such cases, there will be no ticket refunds.
  • For the smooth running of the event, some areas within the festival venue may be restricted to visitors.
  • Event organizers are not responsible for transportation or accommodation expenses incurred by visitors in the event the festival is canceled or rescheduled.
  • Items brought into the festival are the responsibility of each visitor. The organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
  • The event organizers, promoters, and performers are not liable for incidents resulting in injuries or accidents in all festival areas during the event, regardless of the cause.
  • The organizers will not use personal data collected from visitors during ticket purchases without the visitor's consent.
Security
  • All visitors will be inspected before entering the festival area and must be willing to undergo thorough checks of belongings and body inspections.
  • Event organizers have the right to refuse entry or expel individuals from the festival area if they violate established rules.
  • These rules may change at any time with or without prior notice.
Recording Rights
  • The Group and its affiliates/associates reserve the right to film, record, and/or photograph visitors, participants, or ticket holders, including their image, likeness, actions, and/or statements, during the event for television, motion picture, webcast, and/or other public broadcast in any medium for any purpose.
  • By attending this event, every visitor, participant, and/or ticket holder releases The Group (including its employees and subsidiaries) and its affiliates/associates from all rights, claims, losses, liabilities, fines, and other consequences arising directly or indirectly from the filming, recording, and/or photographing of this event.
